• Recognizing the diversity and shared characteristics of European cultures and perspectives, collectively reflect and debate the European reality
• Convert the city of Donostia-San Sebastián into a reference for European debate and reflection
• Create an interdisciplinary network for dialogue between institutions, universities, academics and interested citizens and thinkers
